Down’ is the latest single from the Brooklyn duo Tropic and features the band in a dazzling return!

Duo Tropic, a band I have championed make their return with the new single ‘Down’. The Brooklyn based duo is electronic producer/DJ Phuse and R&B singer-songwriter Jo-B Sebastian. On the new single ‘DownTropic continues to hone in on their signature sound. The duo reaching further into their artistry and craft like never before. A melancholic and nostalgic track that takes us on a journey. ‘Down’s electronic rooted production gives the song a futuristic and soulful edge. Tropic says “‘Down’ is a coming of age story, written from the perspective of someone forced to grow up too soon. Like I’ve said prior Tropic is not just one to watch but to listen to. Phuse & Jo-B continue to explore dynamic emotional lyric concepts & push boundaries in the pop landscape. Simply put, Tropic has found their unique niche in sound and vibe. A sound that’s quite seductive as much as it is impassioned. You can stream the new single by duo Tropic below.
