Shipping Policy:

We use flat rate envelope shipping here which is calculated when you make a purchase. Any other questions on shipping can be directed here.

Cancellation policy:
No cancellations due to sanitary reasons as each product is handmade.

Refund/Exchange policy:

I CANNOT accept returns due to safety and sanitary reasons, as each item is handmade. I assume each item is worn once bought, shipped, and sold. I only offer refunds or store credit if a product has unfortunately arrives damaged or missing. You can contact me immediately at the email listed below to start the process for this.

Please make sure you have order information such as email, order number, and a photo of the missing or damaged item(s).

No returns, exchanges, and refunds on all digital products.

To complete your refund or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your refund or store credit claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund or store credit will be processed in the form of a gift code, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, or wherever you originally purchased the item. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this but still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at {[email protected]}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or receive store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded, receive store credit, exchanged, or returned.

Once we initiate the refund or store credit process on any and all defective, lost or damaged items. I will email the next steps on where to send the item back after you send us an email at {[email protected]}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
