While we’re convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, but in the case that you don’t and have a legitimate issue with your order. Such as a missing item, defect or damage on the item, or a misprint during in the printing process. If you have an issue within those lines or similar promptly contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that support your case. There I can start the initial refund process to determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement at no cost to you.

I cannot accept returns, refunds, and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Or if your order details are incorrect.

HANDMADE JEWELRY POLICY

Any items in the handmade categories cannot be returned do to sanitary issues but if any handmade jewelry purchase ends up lost in the mail or damaged BEFORE it arrives to you can get a full refund, item remade, or store credit.
