If you do have an issue with your item, promptly contact me within seven days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed description of your problem, accompanied by any relevant photo(s) or video evidence supporting your case. Then I can start the initial refund process for you to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost. I can't accept returns, refunds, or an exchange if you ordered the wrong print, item, incorrect size, or color or if you changed your mind. Because prints are limited to only 500 per photo and are printed on demand, these cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If can make arrangements if the photography print you purchased winds up lost in the mail, damaged or misprinted, etc, just email me here. To clarify, on the terms of the purchase getting lost please please try to email me BEFORE it arrives to you so can get a full refund, the item remade, or store credit.
