And a new alias…
Former IM5 member Cole Pendery has unveiled a new music project. RYDYR is the new alias and next chapter for the singer. The moniker RYDYR takes shape from his mother’s maiden name and is a palindrome. ‘Dream Alone’ is the first single and music video to drop from the project and upcoming EP. A song that Cole has described as an introspective tune, invoking more vulnerability from him as an artist. His new track also leans towards a new genre, featuring some Alternative Rock influences. That of which you hear in the incorporation of finger-picked acoustic guitar, and soft folkish melodies that ground the song. It does feature some of the bright pop sounds and catchy hooks that his fans will find some familiarity in. View the new video for ‘Dream Alone’ here.
