Meet London-based artist AK Patterson. You’ve probably noticed that she was among the many talented musicians and songwriters featured on Bastille’s & project and subsequent tour from 2024. A tour that she also got to be an opener for as well on the Brussels date.
In 2025, AK Patterson leans into her roots, pressing forward as she crafts heart-wrenching tunes showcasing an evocative sound in just the three tracks released. The latest is Juno, and AK leans fully into an often visceral, haunting, and captivating soundscape, whether taking inspiration from a gory newspaper article about murder, like on Morticia when she leans into the melodrama and Alt-Rock, or on I Don’t Know How to Die where she finds a quiet power in melancholic moments of life.
