WHAT: The 2024 Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) Gala honored Chuck Lorre, Bernadette & Sugar Ray Leonard, and AEG with its Courage to Care Award Honor. This biannual event raised nearly $5 million to support pediatric health care and research.
WHO: Hosted by Jon Cryer and Lisa Joyner, the evening featured a live performance by Demi Lovato, as well as appearances by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Colin Hanks, Jaime Lee Curtis, Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearney, and Kaley Cuoco. Additional attendees included Al Yankovic, Crystal and Rob Minkoff, Danielle Panabaker, Dougie Baldwin, Iain Armitage, Jesse Lally, Jesse Prez, Mark Hoppus, Montana Jordan, Omar J. Dorsey, Rachel Bay Jones, Terence Carter, Will Sasso and more.

SOUNDS: The evening closed out with a featured performance from Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, actor, and advocate Demi Lovato, who sang some of her biggest hits such as “Confident,” “Sorry Not Sorry,” “Give Your Heart a Break,” and “Cool for the Summer.”
